  • Baby monitors (various models)
  • Wi-Fi baby monitors with app control
  • Wireless video doorbells

All our products are brand new and come with a 1-year warranty unless otherwise
stated.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
  • Prices may be updated without prior notice.
  • Full payment is required before pickup or shipping.
  • Mars Multitrades reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product
    information at any time.

3. Shipping and Pickup

  • We are located in St. Johns, Auckland.
  • Pickup is available by arrangement.
  • Auckland-wide delivery is available for $10.
  • Nationwide postage is available—shipping charges vary by location.
  • Orders are dispatched promptly once payment is confirmed.

4. Warranty & Returns

  • All products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and
    tear.
  • If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your
    order to arrange a replacement or repair.
  •  Returns for change of mind are not accepted unless agreed upon in advance,
    and the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

5. Product Use & Safety

Products must be used strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions. Mars
Multitrades is not responsible for any damage, injury, or malfunction caused by
misuse or improper handling.
